Who We Are Looking For
HVAC Service Technicians
TSSA-certified, comfortable diagnosing furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps across every major brand. Residential work, mostly in and around Ottawa.
Installation Crew
Furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and water heater installations. Careful work, tidy sites, and a preference for doing it once properly.
Apprentices
If you are working toward your certification and want real installs rather than fetching tools, tell us where you are in the process.
Office and Dispatch
The person who answers at 2am matters as much as the technician who arrives. Calm, organised, good with people under stress.
What We Offer
Steady residential work across Ottawa rather than long commutes to job sites. A team small enough that you are not a number, and a dispatch process built so technicians are not fighting the schedule all day.
We invest in certification and keep our people current. If you want to add a qualification, we would rather train you than replace you.
