Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Zenith Eco Energy Inc. website and to requests for quotes, appointments, promotions, and services made through our website, online forms, advertisements, phone, email, or other communication channels.

By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions where applicable.

1. Services

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. provides HVAC-related services, including installation, repair, maintenance, inspection, indoor air quality services, and other related services.

Service availability may depend on location, technician availability, equipment type, site conditions, weather, parts availability, and other operational factors.

Submitting an online form, requesting a quote, or requesting an appointment does not guarantee that a service appointment has been confirmed.

An appointment is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Zenith Eco Energy Inc.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes or estimates may be based on information provided by the customer and may be subject to change if site conditions, equipment conditions, required materials, code requirements, or the scope of work differs from the information originally provided.

Where an on-site inspection is required, the final price or scope of work may be confirmed after inspection.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes are additional.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment times and service windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, emergency calls, previous jobs, technician availability, parts availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant scheduling changes.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the equipment and work area.

4. Service Call Priority

During periods of high service demand, appointments and service calls may be scheduled based on the order in which they were booked, subject to technician availability, location, service type, and operational requirements.

In general, customers who book earlier may be served earlier. However, emergency or safety-related calls may sometimes be prioritized.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. will make reasonable efforts to complete service calls as soon as possible but cannot guarantee same-day service or an exact arrival time during periods of high demand.

5. Severe Weather and Technician Safety

Service appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled when weather or road conditions create a safety risk for our technicians or make travel unsafe or impractical.

This may include severe snow, freezing rain, ice, flooding, extreme weather warnings, road closures, or other hazardous conditions.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and reschedule the appointment as soon as practical.

Technician safety takes priority, and we cannot guarantee service during unsafe weather or travel conditions.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. may also need to reschedule an appointment due to technician availability, severe weather, emergencies, parts availability, unsafe working conditions, or other operational reasons.

Any cancellation fee or special charge will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

7. Diagnostic and Service Charges

Diagnostic, inspection, maintenance, after-hours, or other service charges may apply depending on the service requested.

Any applicable service charge will be communicated before or during the booking process where reasonably possible.

A diagnostic or inspection fee does not necessarily include the cost of repairs, parts, materials, or additional labour unless specifically stated.

8. Repairs and Additional Work

If additional problems or required work are discovered during inspection or service, we will normally explain the issue and any additional charges before proceeding with work that is outside the agreed scope.

Emergency or safety-related situations may require work to be stopped until unsafe conditions are corrected.

9. Parts Availability and Repair Delays

Some repairs require replacement parts that may not be available at the time of diagnosis or service.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. does not control supplier, distributor, or manufacturer inventory. If a required part is not available locally or is out of stock, the part may need to be ordered.

We will make reasonable efforts to obtain the required part as soon as practical; however, delivery dates and availability are subject to the supplier or manufacturer and cannot be guaranteed.

The repair may need to remain incomplete until the required part is received.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by supplier inventory, manufacturer backorders, shipping delays, discontinued parts, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranties are provided and administered by the equipment or part manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, registration requirements, eligibility rules, exclusions, and approval.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. may assist customers with warranty-related information or claims where reasonably possible; however, we do not control the manufacturer’s warranty decisions, processing times, parts availability, or approval of warranty claims.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. is not responsible for a manufacturer’s decision to approve, deny, limit, or delay warranty coverage.

Any labour warranty provided directly by Zenith Eco Energy Inc. is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty and will apply only as stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or written agreement.

11. Customer-Supplied Information

Customers are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge, including information about equipment, previous repairs, known problems, property access, and other relevant conditions.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. is not responsible for delays, additional work, or additional costs caused by materially incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.

12. Existing Equipment and Conditions

HVAC systems may contain existing defects, improper installations, aging components, ductwork problems, electrical issues, plumbing issues, building-related problems, or other conditions that are not visible before work begins.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. is responsible for the work we perform, but we do not assume responsibility for unrelated pre-existing defects or conditions outside the agreed scope of work.

If we discover a condition that affects safety or the proper completion of the work, we may recommend additional repairs or require the condition to be corrected before continuing.

13. Products and Equipment

Product availability, model numbers, specifications, features, pricing, and manufacturer availability may change without notice.

Where an exact product or part is unavailable, we will discuss available alternatives before making a material substitution.

Any Zenith labour warranty or additional warranty applies only as specifically stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or written agreement.

14. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement.

Customers are responsible for paying approved charges, applicable taxes, and authorized additional work.

Financing, where available, may be provided by a third-party financing company and is subject to that provider’s approval and terms.

15. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, free items, and special offers may be subject to:

  • Availability
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Service area
  • Equipment compatibility
  • Specific dates or expiry periods
  • Product or filter availability
  • Other conditions stated in the advertisement or promotion

Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

Zenith Eco Energy Inc. may correct typographical or pricing errors in promotional materials where permitted by law.

16. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

However, HVAC products, pricing, rebates, incentives, manufacturer specifications, availability, and regulations may change.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website or communications may include links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, financing companies, social media platforms, scheduling systems, manufacturers, or other service providers.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zenith Eco Energy Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or circumstances outside the reasonable scope of services we agreed to provide.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

20. Changes to These Terms
